Ukraine e-Visas are divided into two types, each with different aspects of use.
All eligible travelers can choose to:
- Tourist e-Visa: This is a one-time entry permit for 30 days. It enables all travel-related trips such as meeting friends and family, going on vacation, and exploring the country.
- Electronic business visa: perfect for all businessmen who need to solve business problems in Ukraine. Attend conferences, conferences, seminars, sign contracts or find new collaboration opportunities. This type of online visa allows you to stay in the country and allows one time entry with in the validity period.
Caution! You must have a valid passport to apply regardless of type of visa you applied for but your travel document must not expire for 6 months from the planned date to enter Ukraine.

- Fill out the application form: Carefully fill in the required details such as name, nationality, date of birth, email address, passport and travel details. Make sure every piece of information is correct before proceeding to the next step.
- Pay Evisa fee: you can pay the fee with any available payment method like debit/credit card, Paypal, payU
- Waiting for your approved Ukraine e-Visa: Once your application has been processed, it will be sent to your inbox as a PDF file. Finally, print the online visa you received prior to your trip to Ukraine and show it upon arrival.

The validity of the Ukraine e-Visa starts from the date of entry. Both types of e-Visa are valid for 30 days and allow entry into Ukraine.
Caution! All applicants must have a non-expiring passport for at least 6 months from the intended date of travel.

Required Documents for Ukraine E-visa
To complete the visa process online, each traveler must make the following documents:
- An international passport valid for at least 6 months from the planned date of travel
- Applicant’s photo (can be taken with a mobile phone or PC camera)
- Medical insurance of at least USD 30723
